The Boulevard was designed and entitled as a mixed use, 90 unit, assisted living community with ground floor retail. The project involved the purchase of a 12,000 square foot parcel in the heart of San Francisco offering parking and a local market. The property was located within the Haight-Octavia redevelopment district which allowed rezoning of the site to increase the height and provide an additional floor of senior housing. The project was later developed as 29 high-end, for-sale, condominiums with ground floor retail.
