The prominent corner site is located between UC Berkeley and the Fourth Street shopping district and near the Highway 80 corridor that serves San Francisco and Oakland. The location has a Walk Score of 95 and Bike Score of 99. The community provides active ground floor retail amenities including a bakery/café and an art lab for residents and the neighborhood. The project was completed in September 2022 in partnership with a pension fund.
