Lakeside Park is a 70 bed, purpose-built memory care community located in Lake Merritt, Oakland. The three-floor, wood-frame building was built in 2005 and purchased in 2008. The acquisition included re-licensure with the California Department of Social Services, increasing licensed capacity to accommodate additional residents. The acquisition was funded by an institutional investor and included significant leasehold improvements.
