Bayside Park is a 5 story, 127-unit, 122,000 SF, Type I, licensed senior community in downtown Emeryville with a dedicated memory care floor and Kneipp therapy pool. The development involved the purchase of a 30,000 square foot parcel, demolition of an existing structure and entitlement with the City of Emeryville. The five-floor concrete structure features interior courtyards, a rooftop garden, exterior public artwork displays and a corner café to encourage community integration.  The development was funded in partnership with an institutional investor and pension fund.
